It definitely has no sting. The composite material works great in focusing the energy on the ball. You can tell since when you hit the ball, it is so quiet without that wasted energy demonstrated by other bats' "ping" sound; this bat sounds like a wooden bat, which is good. Compared to other bats it seem to cause the whole team to hit line drives or ground balls, but no glorious fly balls, yet, other worth bats would hit more aerial balls.
