Distance9Great new bat, with some crazy grahics. If you are into lime green, then this is your stick. Same fell as the USSSA Catalyst with just a little less pop. Hit the .40 & .44 core balls real well so this will be a great ASA bat. Hitting on a 310' field it was pretty easy to hit them out with this bat, so yes it also has some great pop. Overall a keeper.

Distance9This bat has some serious pop to it.Im about 5 foot 8 and well over 300 lbs so I have good power. The only bad thing about this bat is a very small sweetspot that stings the hands if you dont hit it on the nose. However last summer I sent some MONSTER shots over the fence with this bat.

Distance9.5I had not hit one out all summer until I started using this great bat last weekend. The results were 2 hrs back to back.I was using a 30 oz model and baby is this thing ever endloaded.I was using balanced composites before but never again. The only thing is if you miss the SWEETSPOT.OUCH OUCH OUCH it will STING.HIt it on the SCREWS and say goodbye MR.WORTH or SPALDING.

Distance9THIs bat is in the top 5 ASA bats.I can hit a lot of shots over 300+ with this bat.THe only drawback is a smallsweetspot and short barrell. But when you hit it on the button look man.I bought this bat a month ago and the distance gets better and better. The graphics are clown like but who cares about that when you launch one right.

Distance9.5TRied this out last weekend 3-4 with 2 hrs one of which was at least 60 feet over a 300 foot fence.I can go deep with most any bat but I love the pop and feel of this bat.A little stiff at first but opens up fast. After last weekend the guys nicknamed me A-ROD since im a huge YANKEES FAN.THANKS to this great bat.

Distance9I just got this bat its a little stiff out of the wrapper but it hits BOMBS.IT keeps pace with my WORTH MAYHEM and SYNERGY and ASA EVO bats I have.MY model is 30 ozer and a good end load to it.When this bat gets broken in it will be an AWESOME ASA BAT.

Distance8.5this is basically an out of wrapper review as i havent used it that much but i have put around 100-200 bp hits on it. distance is decent so far but should get better. the feel really takes some gettin used to if your not used to the end loaded feel. Maybe buy an ounce lighter then your normal swing. I wish i would have done that.

Distance8Bought the 05 Catty model after seeing what his big yellow brother can do. Lets put it this way, the little green brother is still in his t-ball years. Even big hitters have a hard time putting it past 300ft ASA fences. The bat feels good, nice balance and your not going to hurt it. Great one/two bagger slap hitting bat. Maybe I should of bought the 30oz over the 28oz. Went back to my F2 at the beginning of this year, Sorry for leaving you DeMarini, I am glad to be back!

Distance10MY name is DAVE and I love this bat.AWESOME power and POP to this bat . For an ASA bat its performance is AMAZING.The only bad thing about this bat is the graphics and the color. It looks like KRUSTY the clown designed it.THE end loaded feel is a plus and its lasted all last summer with no cracks at all.THis is a GREAT bat if you play ASA ball.

Distance9.5Hello MY name Is GERALD and I have used a variety of bats last summer and this is my favourite. My good buddy PETER let me try his out and I love it .I play in ASA ball so I would rank this bat over the EVO FREAK 98 and SYNERGY 2 bats in over all performance.SO try this bat out and the SEAGULL will promise you your game will take flight.

Distance10This bat is VERY cold out of the wrapper. After a few hundred hits it comes alive. Great Durability so far. If you are an experienced hitter you'll get some monster distance, but you have to be able to hit it square. The sound produced can be confusing compared to the distance, don't let that discourage you. I sent one into the lights on a 300+ field with this bat, haven't been able to do that with any other bat and I hit 300+ balls a week and I have almost every high end softball bat. Awesome overall bat!

Distance10Had a 28 oz since labor day. Have swung Fury, Freak and Freak 98. I prefer this one to them all. Last night on 300'fences launced 4 out with one being a grand slam. Didn't have problem with breakin. Mine opened up pretty quick. However, now the sweet spot is opening up more. Shots off the end of the bat are going at least to the fence now as well as handle shots.(Just missing the sweet spot toward the handle or the end) This is my gamer. Great bat and right up there with all others including the 100mph bats.

Distance9.5IM not a power hitter just a place hitter im only 130 lbs but im tall about 6 foot one.I tried this out in october in batting practice and was using a 28 ozer.I was amazed at the distance I was getting .The fence was 6 feet high and 270 feet from home plate. I was consistantly clearing the fence with ease.I cant wait to use this bat next summer.

Distance10IM a big guy over 350 so i can hit them out with any bat however this bat adds 30 feet to my blasts.I use a 30 ozer and love the end loaded feel which most power hitters do.The only bad thing about this bat is the ugly lime green graphics and clown like colors on it. But other than that this bat rocks.Iwas a Freak man until I got a hold of this baby.Great job LOUSVILLE.

Distance10I used this bat the other night and went 4 for 4 on our work team with a homer 2 triples and a single there was no fence or I would have had 3 homers as these hits were moon shots Two other guys on the team kevin and wayne hit 2 homers that were well over 320 feet.I borrowed this bat for the game and will buy one next year as the season is almost over . Awesome bat Louisville .

Distance10I own the last four series that Mizuno has produced, and the Miken Freak 98. All of these bats are great bats but the Louisville Catalyst ASA has just went to the front of the pack. It's good to see Louisville is back in the game.

Distance9After doing some research and actually handling the bat, I purchased it. Let me tell you, It's a no brainer. Pick this bat up. I used this bat right out of the wrapper and it did not fail. We play on a 300ft. field and reaching it and going over it was done with ease. Great pop and screaming line drives. I even took an effortless hack from the weak side and hit the ball far. Some of my teammates just had to get their hands on it and take their hacks also. They loved it. I can't wait to see what this bat does when it's broken in.Thank you Lia and batsbatsbats

Distance9.5I use this bat in fastpitch competition. I made a tappered handle for baseball like feel, and have found the bat to be very comfortable. I felt unsure about buying at first knowing the "no can loose" performance of the Synergy, but bats are creeping up in price every year and this seemed to beat the Synergy price. It has been a good purchase but far from an investment. Limit this bat to personal use only, and you will swing for years. Note: This bat will not compensate for bad mechanics. Combine this bat with sound hitting mechanics and you experience will be satisfied with the sb206.

Distance9I have both the yellow and the cool green one, the durability is great, the pop out of the wrapper- like swinging a wood bat, I have 1000 swings on my ASA model-absolutely awesome but the break in period takes a while. a couple of my teammates have hit some 400+ bombs with it.

Distance9The a.s.a catty rates right up there with its' usssa big brother once broken in (300-500 hit range). Right out of the wrapper it hits smoking hot shot through the infield. Once you get the swings on it and open up the sweet spot you will see a major distance increase. The sound of the bat will change as well, sound more like a composite crack. The bat does have a bit of an endload but not bad. Over all you can't go wrong with this bat it's solid all the way around and the durability has been good thus far.
