It has a great pop and the ball really travels far. We bought this bat this year and our batting averages have improved tremendoulsy. I'm giving this review for my 10 year old daughter whom I bought this bat for. She had a worth insanity which was a good bat but the ball really takes off the synergy...The only thing I would say getting use to would be this bat has the feel of an end loaded bat...My daughter was swinging a 19oz bat so I the synergy I bought her was a 20 oz but being end loaded it feels more like 22 oz. It will definitly take getting use to. I would advise dropping in weight because her initial reaction was " Dad , This bat is too heavy !!!"
