My friends and I put a team togeather. we played through the hole summer season with out hitting a homerun, and we didn't score alot of run eather. So I went out and bought this bat hopping it would improve our team. I swear to you it has added 5 to 7 more runs a game and now we have 4 or 5 guys that can hit homeruns all the time. About 40 swings in I hit my first homerun ever 330 foot bomb. I am 5 foot 7 155lbs. so i am not a big guy, but with this bat i sure felt like one. I had the freak 98 befor this and the freak can not even compare to this bat. I also have a few other bats on this list that are rated higher, but let me tell you; there is no way any of those bat are better.

IT actually cleared a tree which was just by the fence.THE hit was at least 370 before it landed this is the longest tater I have ever hit.

This new one does hae a bigger barrel and off the handle I hit some dingers but it feels so much bifferent than the older one. Accidentally hit a 325' homer when we had none left but I am not sold on the distance compared to the old +. I only have 15 swings on it but I do believe that after som bp to get use to the different feel of it, it will produce pretty close to my old bomb dropping +.

Took about 100 cuts of bp and was going yard right away. the only problem I saw with it is that it got some pretty deep scratches in it. But as long as it keeps producing bombs who cares. I've hit both the Synergy CNT Flex and Plus and would say that this one has more pop and a better feel. It is slightly heavier, but it carries well through the zone and if you hit one in the face, it will go. Some early scratches on the lacquer and around the knob, but no denting or waves after 150 swings. Big props to Easton on this masterpiece!!!

I have a SYN + from last year that just broke and we bought a new 2004 + while we waited for the replacement because we knew it would be a new CNT +. Meanwhile, another one of our players bought the new SYN + and broke it in in a tourney in 90 degree heat. This dude hits hard, some power but not a big bomber- just a great veteran hitter. His third game of the tourney he started hitting bombs and rocked the whole weekend. This dude is pretty wealthy and buys whatever he wants- we all agree that this bat outperforms blur advanced (breaks too easy), EVO (not enough guts to swing through ball), PST (look at barrel) and the MIKENS (not hot weather bats). Folks, 13.5 inches of barrel- pay the cash and get this bat. I used to hate Easton until our team used our + last year and hit over 80 home runs combined with one bat. I am average size, and this sweet spot is my best friend.... do it!

| Monday, July 18, 2005 | | Distance | 7 | I use a Mizuno Blur Advanced, and Miken U2, and decided to add the SCN2 to my bat bag. This bat is crap compared to the other 2. I have about 200 shots in with it, and the distance is still nothing to write home about. It does seem to have a pretty good pop coming off the bat, but the sweet spot leaves something to be desired. If you're looking at buying a high end bat, you may want to pass this one by.

| Tuesday, July 12, 2005 | | Distance | 10 | I hit it in a cage with those goofy rubber balls and couldn't get a feel for it until last night when I hit real softballs and all I can say is WOW! I figured that it would take awhile to warm up but it had pop right away. Some of the other players said it sounded a bit dead so I can just imagine when it does open up. I have about 100 swings on it now. It is much heavier than other 27oz bats so it must be because of the longer barrel causes more drag. I will update this after 500 swings. *UPDATE* After 500 swings, it is REALLY starting to get hot. I have hit some shots that I haven't hit right but still drive them because the sweet spot is so huge!! I highly recommend this bat if you want to take your game to the next level.
