We were disappointed at first, but after the bat was broken in,about 100 hits, its has been great. The ball comes off the bat so fast, she is now turning easy outs into singles and singles into doubles and triples. Her avg. has gone from about .275 to almost .400. This bat is not just for the long ball hitter. Well worth the money.

TUFFER THAN HER 3DX&AIR1GENX BY FAR THE BEST BAT I HAVE PURCHASED. SHE HAS HIT A 220 FT & 240 FT SHOTS. BEST BAT I"VE SEEN & BOUGHT. AND THE MOST DURABLE/ SHE HAS HIT ROUGHLY 200 BALLS AND THE BAT LOOKS LIKE NEW.

Crazy as it seemed at the time, I paid over $ 400 CDN for an M-Pulse for my 16 y/o daughter to use during our Provincial Qualifying tournament and subsequent Provincial Championship tournament. Needless to say, she was very excited and was quite diligent in following the care instructions. However, she had maybe 15 - 20 at bats before the it broke in the handle near the top of the grip. As the team's # 4 hitter, who knows if her having the M-pulse to use may have improved our 3rd place finish? Oh well, things happen, right? I had no problem getting an RA # from Miken but I had to pay to send it back. As my kid was selected to travel with one of the teams moving on to the Canadian Championships, she was really hoping to have her bat back in time. Imagine her further disappiontment when we learned that Miken would take two weeks to look at the bat, decide if a new bat is warranted and then ship it back to us! It didn't matter that I offered to pay even more money to have it shipped via UPS overnight service. No way around the system! This brutal customer service can only be explained by either a lack of concern or there must be one heck of a pile of returned bats to go thru!
