The pop is tremendous and the females on the CoEd team are driving the ball over or to the fence. DeMarini as some of the best bats. The ball doesn't fly as far as the B52 or 375 but for the price we paid it's been well worth it.

Im not a big fan of composite bats so i my be a little biast but this is the best bat that i have ever hit. And for $160.00 you cant beat it. Buy this bat.

Only have a few swings on it but from what I have seen it won't be much of a step down from the Dark. Great Bat reccommend to any one looking for a great bat at a great price. | Thursday, October 23, 2003 | | Distance | 9.5 | After a long wait of shoping around for new softball bat, I decided to go with the 2004 Demarini Distance AX Doublewall. When I fist got the bat I was excited & egar to get to the plate. I had approximately 12-15 swings with it. Solid shot no doubt and half were homers. The bat became bent after a couple of line-drives. I'm hoping that this particular bat had a Manufactural flaw. Why...hitting a mid-high compression softball should not have bent this bat. I sent it for a replacement and I will keep you all posted.
