Distance10Wow, this bat is simply amazing. Unlike Miken the Anderson Bat Company has launced there name into the softball world with a legal bat!! This bat is amazing. We used it in mid 40 degree weather, & no dings, dents or waves. My teamate hit a ball 400 feet plus & drilled a car. The ball jumps off of this bat, & is a must have. get one as soon as you can!!!

Distance10My daughter has been playing travel ball for the past two years and has been using the easton 777 yellow bat 32" 20oz. I was hesitant to have her jump up to a 32" 23 oz bat but was I wrong. The 2004 Rocket Tech is a monster bat. She's become the best hitter on her team, and easily bats over .500. For the past five tournaments, she's batting .650 and has a slugging average of 1.1. In case you don'y know what that represents, Babe Ruth has the highest average in baseball history at .645 and Barry Bonds is just over .600. My daughter's is equivalent to 1100 and the bat's largely the reason. Don't get me wrong...she has to still see the ball and swing the bat but the ball is getting smashed. She's put one over the fence already this season and has come close another half dozen times. The ball screams off the bat on grounders and infielders are either making errors or the ball flies past them. The line drives and soaring fly balls are just absolutely beautiful to see. Oppopnent coaches are now playing her about as deep as they can afford to place their outfielders. Forget about the Easton Synergy composite 100 mph bat. The ball sounds like crap coming off the barrel of the bat and it's nowhere as hot. I just bought a 2nd Rocket Tech that's sitting in the closet to replace this one when it dies. That's why I could only rate it a 9 in that category because I don't know how long it will last.

Distance9This bat rocks! Slow break-in period, so I was a little frustrated at first, but once it was ready to go, boy did she go. It hits for power or for line drives. Even the less experienced hitters are hitting well with this badboy! Can't beat this bat, especially for the price.

Distance9.5This bat has the most pop hands down other than the composites. I bought a 29 ounce two weeks ago and the ball just flies off of this bat after about 10 swings. I hit the freak on average about 330 consistantly. The Rockettech about 320-325. The 2 bats are extremely close.

Distance9PROs:-This thing is a tank. I give kudos to anyone who can break it.-Distance and pop is great.-Looks and color are respectable and eye catching.CONs:-I'm not a big fan of the thin handle.-Bat is very heavily end loaded. If you get this bat, get it 1oz. lighter then you normally swing. I'm 6'2" and 200lbs, and I can't get good bat speed with a 28oz Rocket bat. I use my single-wall Demarini Ultimate Weapon in 50 degree weather and notice my bat speed increase significantly. The 28oz Demarini feels lighter and swings easier then the 28oz Anderson.-Sweet Spot not as big as other bats, but when you do hit it, watch out. It almost seems the sweet spot is intermittent along the barrel of the bat. This could be a result of the "power arc" design. Most bats seem to have one large sweet spot, this one seems to have scattered smaller sweet spots. Conclusion:Very Durable bat with great pop and distance. Sweet Spot seems to be scattered along the barrel of the bat, but the ball still moves if you miss the sweet spot. The thin handle is a bit too small for somebody with big hands. The bat swings heavier then it's rating. Get one ounce lighter then you normally would swing. Perhaps that is why the durablitity is so good, the heavy end loaded bat slows up bat speed, thus reducing denting?

Distance10Second review. This bat is broken in now, and wow!!! I've moved from 1st & 2nd to 4th & 5th in our lineup because now I'm having trouble keeping the ball in the park if I get even a little bit under it. Line drives, mishits, everything is going out. Last game I went 4 for 4 with 3 homers and a line drive that took the right feilder's mitt completely off when he tried to catch it. One of the homers was a mishit that normally the left feilder would've caught easily, but it just carried and carried and carried over the fence. I'm sure glad I don't play pitcher or 3rd with this bat out there. What a product!!!!!!

Distance9.5Only played one game with it. Two deep shots to the fence in LC and a rope to LF, all miss hits. Its funny to see the outfielders back up when I approach the plate, I'm only 5'5" ,155lbs. Matter of fact I was one of two who really went deep that night. That's pretty good when you have Freaks, Crushes, PSTs and DeMars in the dugout. Very good bat and solid feel. Its legal and i dont have to worry about it cracking. If you don't like spending $300 every season this is the bat for you.

Distance9.5Used this bat only three times and it Rocks. The ball flies off this bat instantly with awesome speed and sound. It is best for ropes to the gaps but when you hit the sweetspot homers are a sure shot.Love the small knob that fits around the baby finger for extra leverage. Use this bat in Eastern Canada in cold weather with low compression balls and it isn't a problem. This bat is the best legal bat I've seen by far. A must for the serious player.

Distance10I live in western MA. Overheard a guy talking about Anderson bats. Checked out reviews by scab and others, went with the rockettech. Even before I got to the field for the unvieling, I liked the feel. Hit a 330ft. shot with the moosh balls they have us using. All anyone could say was "Is that legal?" I have used Mikens and Synergy's. Like the pop, hate the price. This bat has become the choice of others on the team, over a Freak, Demarini's, and other wastes of cash. It is holding up fine and it just keeps getting better. Also, you won't be just hitting bp next year like the UltraII owners of this year. Anderson is where I will go from now on. Oh yeah, 5 games so far, 7 homers by 3 different guys.

Distance10Love this bat. Had the B52 but it dented after the first season I used it. Figured I would just get another B52 when a teamate bought and broke in the Rocket Tech so I used his RT for a couple of games. Now I love it and just ordered my own RT. After using the RT for the first five games of the season went 19 for 26. Once the RT is broken in it is a great feeling bat and the balls come screaming off.

Distance9I think this is a very good bat. After reading reviews, I was torn between the RT and the Demarini 375. I think I made the right choice because my homeboy bought the 375, and he now swings my RT. The ball jumps off this bat! Every ball hit off the RT (if it is hit solid..)comes off with alot of velocity. The balls look like Tylenol tablets when you are playing infield they come at you so quickly... If you are a line drive hitter, the RT is a good choice, especially for the price. If it is distance you are after, you might want to look elsewhere, but for good, solid, "hard shots", go with the Rocket Tech.

Distance10Just got this bat and took it to BP. Been using a Demarini Doublewall cuz we play a three homer rule, I hit second or third ahead of some Big Boppers, and any extra homers are outs, so I usually try and hit the gaps and stuff to get on. Anyhow, was hitting the line drives, put a few to the fence. About the usual 4 me. I figured what the heck, it still needs to get broken in. Anyways, after practice we were playing around and my girlfriend, WHOS NEVER PLAYED SOFTBALL BEFORE, drives one around 200 ft over the outfielders head with this bat. And she swings, well, like a girl. I can't wait to get it broken in and see what it'll do........

Distance10The sweetspot and this bat can be hard to find with different pitching. When you do find the sweetspot and make a good connection the balls goes. This bat is kinda funny because its said to have a long break in period. The balls where going right out the wrapper then the bat died down and started getting hot. Then it died down now it is starting to get hot again.

Distance9.5Bought the R/T after reading as many comparisons as I could. Right out of the wrapper, I have to admit I wasn't too impressed. Around 200 hits, the bat starts to make a different sound as it gets 'locked in.' Now, it's the first choice out of the bag, and the first choice for our team. Durable enough to be a team bat, and hot enough to turn your average hitter into a line drive machine. Distance can't quite compare to the Synergy, but you couldn't get the same number of hits out of that bat either. If you're looking at spending around $200 for a bat, plunk you cash down on the R/T. You won't be sorry!

If you get a hold of the ball for a line drive no one in their right mind is gonna get in front of it. This bat can't be beat for line drives. Plus if you need to swell up and ride one it gives you plenty pop to do it also. I've dropped a couple 350+

Distance10Let me start by saying that this bat definately needs about 100+ swings to get it broken in. I had everybody on my team take a few swings with it during BP. At first the bat feels like your hitting rocks. Just about every other hit feels like a miss hit. But after it gets broken in the ball jumps off the bat. Now everybody wants to swing it because the line drives are so hard and carry. I am not a HR hitter. More your line drive gap type batter but once i got it broke in I hit a couple 300' LINE DRIVE HR's with .44 375lb balls. I mark it down on the sweet spot just because it still seems to sting a bit when you don't really hit it square. I will do another review in a couple months after we can get some more swings on it.

Distance10Best aluminum bat out, performance wise and durable too.Anderson is the best Bat Co. around. If you tried a Rocket Tech and didn't get great distance you either need to go 1 once heavier like I did or swing it longer, they DO get better with use.I'm a hacker and this bat works better with a smooth swing or slower bat speeds so moving up in weight makes this bat work for people with higher bat speeds. Girls seem to hit lasers with the RT right out of the wrapper showing me this bat was designed for slow bat speeds but can work for the high bat speed hackers like me too.Try it you will like it!

Distance9.5All the Anderson bats are tops in aluminum bat performance and durabiliy and backed by a great company. If you're a hard swinging hacker like me, you might need to go one once heavier than usual to get the big time distance to match the laser line drives.I swing a 27oz. even in the Techwrap but didn't get the distance I expected out of the RT with the 26 and 27oz.but when I tried the 28oz. LOOK OUT!This bat just pain works for slower bat speed like the girls in co-ed.they were hitting harder shots than me with the 26&27oz RT's until I got the 28oz the ball is flying faster and farther than I expected.I think it slows my swing down just enough for this style bat to work for me.So if you tried one and didn't get the distance you expcted, try it again but go once heavier than usual and give it more than a few swings to break in.They DO get better and better with use.I only gave it a 9.5 in distance because of the Ultra's being a 10.

Distance8first, let me emphasize that this is a 1 year old bat, well broken in, and never used in a game because we still use composite bats. however, i use this bat 3 times a week in batting practice, off a tee, with 47\525 balls, due to the fact that composite bats wont hold up under these conditions. i own or have used just about every bat manufactured since 2000. im 6'\180lb, average power, impressive speed. the rocket tech has a very small knob that ive become very comfortable with. it is easy to grip the knob in the palm of your hand to extend the length of your swing arc. anderson says its slightly end loaded, i think max end loaded is a better description. the bat is supposed to be a 28 oz, but actually wieghs 31.25. the grip is durable and effective and the paint job is not hard to look at. it did start to get small waves in the barrel about the same time it started to sound and feel broken in (about 400 hits). the waves have never became "dents" and never effected the proformance. as for distance, this bat will not hit a ball as far as any of the composite bats. not even close. the miken ultra 2 will drop a ball 25 to 40 foot farther depending on if it was hit with back or topspin. the synergy and worth wicked are not as impressive, but still out distance the rocket tech by 25'. as for non composite bats, demarini's 325 and f2 are as close to proforming with the rocket tech as ive found, but the rocket tech consistently out hits them both, (distance or the amount of spin that you can get). the sweet spot, on the other hand, is not the best out there among non composites. i have 4 other non composites with bigger sweet spots, and nothing made today compares to the ultra 2. nothing. if you cant use composites, the rocket tech is the best bang for your buck, hands down. consider going lighter unless you love the max end load feel. and if your teammates ask to use it, tell them please do, it was one of the most stubborn bats ive ever broken in

This is the bat to have although, I felt I had a little more distance and feel from a Worth EST. Half of the team was using this bat even when cold it held its shape better than any dimarini. Distance8.5Bought this bat for myself at the beginning of the 2003 season. Its first hits felt like hitting rocks with a wood bat! After letting the whole team use it in both BP and games it finally came alive after about 300 shots. I love the smaller knob... place it between your last two fingers for extra bat length and speed when hitting. Distance was not what I had expected after all the great reviews I had read but line drives are absolutely amazing. "Rockets" is the best way to describe them. I still use the Wicked for distance (9.5) when we need that all important homer. What has truly amazed me is the loyalty the bat has found with a number of guys on the team...you can only pry it out of their cold dead hands!!! OBA's have improved by 30% or more with the guys who are using it....maybe there is more to this bat than meets the eye? Durability....I have never had a bat that has seen this many hits (+1000) and still looks like it did after its first game! Sweetspot...nice but there is a few other bats that are better...look for the last 3" of the bat...you send that ball into a low earth orbit!

Distance9.5Before this bat I was normally hitting hard grounders with the occasional line drive or line shot to the outfield, no matter what bats I used (mostly legal evenly loaded bats). It took me 150-200 swings to really figure this bat out and at first I was striking out swinging and then lots of infield flies, but finally this bat really came around and now I am fairly consistantly putting it well into deep outfield or over the outfielder's heads. Sweet spot seems small. If I miss the sweet spot I can expect an infield fly. The one bad thing about the deep hits is that they seem to really hang in the air a long time. Anyway now I'm doing pretty well for a girl and I'll be hanging on to this bat for quite a while.

Distance10What can i say i will give anderson a thumbs up on the Rocket Tech. My brother-in-law bought one and i was impressed the way the ball jumps off the bat so quickly it will definately leave the park quick in which my fields are 310 at the corners. It's a bat you have to use to to do to the 11" shell. I have 03 Demarini Distance and so far the RT hasn't out done the Distance yet. First ten swings with the RT 1 went yard and the others were doubles and triples, with first ten swings with the Distance 5 went yard. I would recondmend bothe Anderson and Demarini both good just can't wait to try the techzilla. Good Luck with your RT it is definately worth the price.

Distance10This bat is great!!!! It broke in fast. I was scared after the first BP it had some waves in it but then it just exploded! Right out of the wrapper I was hitting some mean shots but after the waves worked out I now am hitting it every bit as far as my Ultra II but for the money I wish I never would have bought the Miken. Distance10The best thing I did was purchase the 26 Ounce Bat. I normally hit with a 28 Ounce Bat However I was able to master this bat because it feels endloaded on the swing. I have hit some nice bombs and my shots leave the infield rather quickly. To get the best use of this bat use it during 60 degree weather or better, don't use it at the cage and allow another person to use it on an occasion to help with the break-in. If you want batting practice please use regular balls. I followed this and I have no problems. I also purchased the Techzilla and I was able to hit a 320 shot right out of the wrapper.

Distance9.5I love the Rocket Tech I think their great bats! But there is no way it gets a 10 in distance with the U2 & Synergy out there and still legal in ASA! I HAD mine for about 150 swing and it started to wave on 3 sides of the bat, so I called the company and they said that meant it was breaking in...OK? Well a week later the waves went striaght to flat spots, it looked like a triangle. I loved it while it lasted but come on 150 swings....I sent it back to Anderson along with $30 to upgrade to a Tech-Zilla. Maybe I just got 1 bad one out of the bunch....Good Luck!

Distance10This is an excellent bat. I can't really state for the durabilty part, but from what everyone has said, this bat last. I jst recieved mine yesterday and had never hit a ball with it, just took it out of the wrapper and went up to bat in my game. The bats first contact with a ball launched it 350ft and it's not even close to being broke in, I can't wait. I had been swinging a TPS and never had this kind of success. I would highly recommend this bat to anyone.

Distance10Worried I wasted my money at first BP, but once the season came around this bat really came alive. Being more of a base hitter I am always looking for my spot as I come to the plate. This bat has what it take smoke the lines or put it in the gap past good outfielders. When I have hit for distance it drives the ball hard. Few wave but like they say that is the inner walls moving around. Bottom line I love the Anderson Product line and look forward to what they bring in the future.

Distance10Even though I have repped this bat for the Cols, Ohio market, my next comments in no way should be prejudiced toward that fact. Like every other softball "nut" I want the best performance for my God given ability or lack thereof. I have used every bat there is on the market. The difference between the composite bats and the metals is the same as the Lambourgini sports car and the Corvette. At some point, who cares about the excessive speed, if there is no need for it. This is the same with the bats. There is no comparison, for distance, between the Miken II and the Rocketech. But my feeling is, who should care as long as it clears the 305'. The ball release off the Anderson bat is equal to if not better than any other bat on the market. But the bat is extremely durable. I have demoed some of the same Anderson Bats for over 15 months and not one dent in mine and no returns for my sales. As for expense, no question that the Rocketech is the best bat on the market for the money. We did our own little bat war with the new PST (broken In) and my Rocketech right out of the wrapper. The RT bet the PST by about 10'/shot. Save the extra money and take your honey on a vacation !!! Then you can play more s'ball. And when it get colder, look out Anderson bats. They are HOT,HOT,HOT !!!!!! If you have any questions, you can e-mail me @ alva33alva@yahoo.com.

Distance10The bat I purchased, The Anderson Rocket Tech, has been performing very well, beyond my expectations in fact, and one reason I bought it was because of much pre buying research and the other was becaue of Scab's review. He was dead on perfect with this bat's review. Our first game we played this year we played a GM UAW, they have lots of money to buy lots of the new bat technology which is never cheap, team and they had a few Miken Ultra 2's and they were smoking us(but then again our defense had not practiced much so it was 50/50 but I could tell some shots were unique. A 60 year old man almost burnt our best outfielder. That was, to say the least, supsicious) One of our players bought the Miken and it has perforemed very well but I bought the Anderson Rocket Tech and I am leading the team in base hits. Everybody else is so enamoured with the Miken's potential power that they have not even given the Rocket Tech a second look. That is fine with me though because as I said I am leading the team in On Base Percentage, Runs Scored, and Batting Average. With the whole team not using the bat it will last much longer and for that I am very, very glad. The Miken has everybody else always swinging for the fences, not the bats fault, but a by product of a bat with that kind of power potential and most players do not have that kind of power potential. Most players do not understand base hit after base hit is what wins games. As for base hits, which most recreational players should focus more on, especially in a two homerun per game limit league, I think the Miken and Rocket Tech are very close and I even give the edge to the Rocket Tech because our pitcher, who is all of 5 foot 2 inches has been rocketing, forgive the pun, base hits up the middle with the Rocket Tech. I have bought the "in" bats in the past and have been dissapopinted. I am looking forward to legit. reviews after extended use of the Easton Synergy, because I have heard this is the Miken's rival but that also remains to be seen, but I would not think it would improve your game that much to warrant spending that kind of extra money. i might be proved wrong or get caught up int the hype and buy one when they are readily available but for now the Rocket Tech is my boy. But the Rocket tech in my opinion is the real deal. If they keep up the good work in future developing I will become an Anderon player for life. This is a good start!!!!

Distance10All I can say is WOW!! THIS BAT IS THE BEST BAT ON THE MARKET TODAY!!!! I had never owned an Anderson before, but after reading all of the reviews I thought I would give it a try. I have been using the bat during practice to get it broke in. I have about 110 hits on it and there is not one dent or ding on it. I am in England right now and have used the bat in weather ranging from 50 to 80 degrees. It is finally getting broke in, and you can definitely tell the difference. The sweet spot takes a little getting used to, but once you find it pitchers and infielders BEWARE!. There is one bad thing about this bat. Mishits really hurt!! We played our first tournament yesterday and jacked two out. Both were 300+ yards hits. Everything else that came off the bat was a laser. I bought a Worth Quad last year and was very happy with it. It will not see any action this year. As I said earlier, "This is the best bat on the market today." Don't spend the extra money on a Miken, F2, or Synergy. The Rocket tech is the bat for you.

I smoked a 350 ft bomb and one of my teammates broke a 3rd baseman's glove hand on a lazer line drive. I believe there will be more to come. I did get some waves in the bat and I was told that this is an indication that the bat is approaching it's effectiveness, and they are right on the money. I'm glad I took my $200 and went for the aluminum, though it will not be in the class of the U2 & Synergy, I'm pretty sure that it will last longer on the certified list.

Hit the longball twice with the 26oz but man line drives flies off this bat. Break in period does not take long. Takes getting use to at first. Durability is awesome. I cannot give it a 10 on distance I will leave that to the Ultra II, however the line drives and knuckleballs off this thing are amazing. The Sweet Spot take a little getting used to but once you get it you got it, not as forgiving as the Demarini Doublewalls. Duribility is not an issue yet, lets face it the bats are made for one person to use it for one season, anything more than that is a bonus.

Distance9.5Good sweet spot and really good distance. I'd give a 10 on distance, but as much pop as it has it just isn't at the same level as the Ultra II or the Synergy. Although it has gotten good durability reviews from just about everyone, I wasn't so lucky. Within only a couple of hacks during some BP and 7 hacks in the first tourney of the year (5 of which were homeruns) the bat developed a 3 inch crack in the outer shell. I've sent it back to Anderson and hopefully will get the replacement back soon with better results.

I have been hitting the ball extremely hard. This past weekend, I burnt a guy that was playing the fence and it wasnt a home run. However, I have been hitting an Easton Synergy during the week and it has to be the hottest bat ever. Yes, even hotter than the Miken (which I have also hit). There is no comparison the the Synergy. Distance9I am trying to give a fair representation of the numbered rankings. I love this bat but I have seen too many 10's thrown out around by people reviewing bats. Let's get real here. The Miken Ultra 2 and the Easton Synergy are the only bats that deserve a 10 in distance and sweet spot. But I will say that the Anderson Rocket Tech is probably the best ALUMINUM bat on the market. Very comparable to the old Worth ESTE (red shell with small knob) but with a tad bit more distance. Much better feel and distance that the Demarini products. If the rumor of the major associations banning all composites in '04 is true than get your hands on a Rocket Tech. If the composites are here to stay, the Miken U2 and Synergy are in a league of their own and NOTHING else is even close.

Distance8.5Ive got my 100 hits on my 03 Rocket Tech and Ive got to say I'm fairly impressed with the bat so far. This bat is an infielder's worst nightmare. I have hit some absolute LASER BEAMS through the infield with it. The ball gets through the infield off this bat as fast as it does off an Ultra 2 for $90.00 less. The only draw back Ive noticed so far is the small sweet spot. If you do not hit the ball exactly in the sweet spot it will go beyond stinging your hands and get into the hurting your hands range. Ive only felt it twice so far but man does it hurt when you miss the barrell. My distance is noticeably (20'-30') shorter than my Red EST but it seems to be getting longer each trip out and the speed through the infield is no comparison in favor of the Rocket Tech.

The bat needs a good break in and I did that. Then took it to the first practice and was hit at least 15 bombs ranging between 300-350. It was unreal. The team of 10 players tried the bat out during practice after me. The next week at practice, I made great contact and only saw one go yard. Several hit the ground at 290. If you want a real bat (that is LEGAL!) order the rockettech. I can't wait to hit with this bat outside to see how far the ball really goes. I was a gap hitter with the occasional homerun, but now I think this bat is going to bring the homerun total way up. Although the bat did dent it still has amazing "pop"! Who knows how long that will last. After researching and swinging most of the new 03 bats I was hoping that the Rocket Tech was going to last...Unfortunately,it has durability issues. Very disappointing. Distance is comparable to a Worth PST. Couldn't give it a 10 for distance after swinging an Ultra...nothing compares to that type of freakish distance. Distance8I purchased this bat based off reviews I read here. I have been disappointed and am about to give up on it. First let me tell you. . .I am a C/B ballplayer. . .average about 1 HR every 6 ABs, hit them more often if I play more. I was a diehard Worth guy and last year was swinging a Quad shell and averaged around 320' on my HRs. When I dented it I went looking for a new bat and bought this. I have hit this bat over 200 times and I still can not get consistent backspin on the ball. Granted, it does hit some good line drives, but 75% of the time my hits have no spin. I don't know if this is because of the composit shell or what. Anyway, today I decided to hit try again and after 40 more "decent" hits (but no HRs) I tried my friend's Demarini B52. In 20 hits I had 2 over the fence on a 315' field, 1 off the fence and 3 one-hoppers. Plus, the Anderson is already "waving" (I do dent a lot of bats though). It was not weather-related either as I am in Louisiana and it was almost 80 degrees today. I don't know guys. . .either you guys are all monster players or maybe I just got a lemon, but this Anderson feels like it has less "pop" then some of my single-shell Worth's from the mid 1990s. If you have any advice reach me at robertferrau@hotmail.com. Thanks. . .

Distance10Awesome bat!! For the last year or so, I was hitting with the Louisville XXL. My buddies kept telling me that I should be hitting the ball harder than I am doing, so I bought this bat. After the break in, I am now hitting more doubles and line drive HR's than I thought I could ever do. The ball explodes off of this bat and gets through the infield at amazing speed. My average has already improved about .200!! I'll take that anyday!! Now everyone on the team wants to use my bat!! The 9 in durability is because I do have a few small dents and some waves, but the power is still there!

Distance10This bat is off the hook! My team has used this bat for two games and you can really see a huge difference. A solid power hitter can easily add 50 ft. I can usually hit some bombs, but my first game with the bat i hit one ball 375+ and my second bomb was 400ft + in 45-50 degree weather. My team and I would give this bat the highest recommendation. I cant wait for the summer time to hit some more bombs.

Distance9I can't give this bat straight tens because the Ultra II has more pop, hands down. This bat is extremely sweet though. The sweet spot is very big and the ball really jumps off the bat. I don't think this bat is great for a power hitter but for someone who wants to hit singles and doubles, this bat is extremely easy to control and has a lot of pop to get the ball through the infield in a hurry.

Not like the miken 2 distance but still over the fence anytime I want. That's just what I do. Sweet spot takes some getting use to. Handle shots make you pay. I'll keep it!

Distance10I reviewed this bat in September, but really couldn't swing as hard as I normally could due to a wrist injury.Well the wrist is better and although I have not hit many BOMBS, the ones I have hit had some serious ditance on them! What I really like about this bat are the consistent laser beam line drives. They seem to find all the gaps in any outfield! The durability is also awesome! Not one dink, wave, dent, crack, or anything!

Distance10This is the best bat on the market. It takes a while to break in i took it to the cages and hit about 50 balls then off to the metrodome for a friends 30th brithday party to play a little ball.Nobody up here has heard of Anderson bats, they were all impressed. I'm a power hitter and maybe get 100 to 150 good swings in a bat before it caves in on me.Not this bat. at the dome i hit about 50 balls and 40 of them were out of the park. 7 to 10 of them were over 400+ feet most of them got over the baggy in right no problem. at the end of the day there was not a ding or a dent,or a wave to be found. The true test was in a tourament in 35 degree weather last weekend. I didn't want to play with my new bat but i did. played 6 games in the cold and this bat held up no problem. For the price i don't know why any power hitter would ever spend money on a Miken or any other bat again. Anderson Bats will have a whole Team with your bats next year. Move over all you other bat companys Theres a new Kid in town. Anderson Rocks!!!!!!

Distance10I have purchased a few bats on reviews just hoping that they actually lived up to what I was looking for. I must say this bat definately lived up to my expectations and to everyones reviews. I was all set to purchase the Ultra until I heard from others in my league about the cracking issues. The I was going to purchase the PST, the the de-certification list came out and most of the other bats that I was considering was also on that list. But then I ran across reviews on the Anderson Rocket Tech and I haven't seen a bat with such consistantly high reviews. After checking out Andersons WWW site showing their 30 day satisfaction guarentee I figured I would give it a shot. WOW - What a bat. This bat has a very good feel on the swing and unbelievable pop. The ball just seems to fly off the bat. As you can see by my long review I was very impressed with this bats overall performance and feel. GREAT job Anderson Bat Company.

Distance10I have had this bat for about 2 months. Since I first swung it it has had pop, it really took no breaking in at all. I am not a homerun hitter, I think it is just a sweet line drive bat. The only knock I have on it is its durability. Within the first month I had it I put 2 waves in it, and this is coming from someone who is not a power hitter. My personal opinion is that this is a must have bat, everyone that I know that has one will tell you the same thing.

Distance10Just hit this bat this last weekend in a tournament and was impressed, hit some of the hardest hits ever with it and by the end of the tournament I was hitting even harder. I had heard that is this bat seems lighter than the labled weight but my 30oz seemed to be a bit heavier than my connection and miken 30oz bats. Also gave it a 9.5 on durablity because I oval bats alot and this one got a slight wave by the end of the night. If your not a heavy swinger yours should last a couple of years.

Distance10I just swung this bat for the first time today on some .44 balls. It's not broke in yet, but I was hitting some 310, 320ft line drives, however, I am a line drive hitter who has that potential anway. The only difference was is that I only got 6 good pitches to hit durring batting practice out of about a dozen swings, and I put five of them over the fence in that manner, one went 350, the other one was a one hopper that bounced over the fence. Can't wait to get it broke in. I've never hit that high of ratio over the fence in my life. I rated it a 10 for durability, but it's only got a dozen swings with it. The sweet spot is huge, however, due to the 11 inch barrell, it gives the the sweetspot a little different path to the ball since I had to change my swing a little bit to reach maximum bat speed

I am using 47 core balls that have well over 1000 hits on them and the ball is still traveling at least 330. Also seen 44 core balls go well over 315. This is without a doubt a excellent investment. I reccomend this bat to everyone. Again, takes some time to get used to the 11" barrel.

Boy!!! the ball jumps off of this bat...I let some of the guys on my Senior Rec. league team swing it. Rocket's were being hit all over the field. I like the small knob which gives you more whip through the hitting zone. I feel once I get about 100 swings on it. There will be some bombs lauched. Anderson has a winner on their hands.
