| | Thursday, April 24, 2003 | | Distance | 9 | I love this bat. The barrel is only 10" so the sweetspot is smaller than some but not a problem if you know how to hit. Distance seems very good but we just switched to .44 cor balls so I'm not sure. If you like endloaded this bat is the one.

| | Wednesday, April 9, 2003 | | Distance | 8 | I've had my STS3 just over a year and have just noticed that the barrel is out-of-round, with some flattened areas. The very thin outer shell increases this liability. The long handle, while increasing bat speed can result in lots of jarring hits off the handle on inside pitches. Distance has been satisfactory when my swing puts the ball on the sweet spot. I've often wished I had the extra length of the STS2 barrel. I won't buy another tri-shell...

| | | Distance | 10 | This bat has become the big boy team bat, and so far no ripples, or dents. Very impressed with the durability.

| | Friday, August 23, 2002 | | Distance | 9.5 | I have been using a TD2 made by bomb bat and it is awesome incredible distance and duribility. ibought the tri-shell and it is great this bat has a HUGE SWEET SPOT and the line drives are rockets. fielders can not react to the speed of the ball. YOU CAN REALLY LAUNCH SOME BOMBS AS WELL even if your not a power hitter expect unexpected home runs its great!!!!!!!!!!!

| | Monday, August 19, 2002 | | Distance | 8 | There is nothing exceptional about this bat. There is a little pop and i have hit a few long balls w/ this bat, but i rarely use it anymore now that i have a mizuno techfire(thats an awesome bat!!)

| | Tuesday, July 30, 2002 | | Distance | 9 | THE BAT HAS AWESOME POP. I AM ONLY 5'5" TALL,BUT WITH THE NEW TRI SHELL I GET ALOT MORE LINE DRIVES GAPPING THE OUTFIELDERS AND INFIELDERS.PLUS WHEN I GO OPPOSITE FIELD IT FEELS LIKE I JUST RIPPED A LINE SHOT TO LEFT FIELD.ALSO I ADDED 5 MORE HOMERS THIS SEASON ON A 325 FIELD SO OVERALL ONE OF EASTONS TOP BATS TO GET.
